Vote For Your Favorite Locus Award Nominees

Along with the Hugos and the Nebulas, the Locus Awards are some of the biggest awards handed out for works in the science fiction and fantasy genres.  But did you know that you can vote for your favorite nominees without belonging to any organization or attending any convention?  Well, you can!

Locus Online has posted the ballot for their upcoming awards.  All you need to do is access the online ballot and vote!  The nominees have been gleaned from their Recommended Reading List, but write-ins are allowed and encouraged.  Locus Awards are open to publications or works that first appeared, anywhere in the world, during calendar year 2015. Online ballots will be accepted up until April 15, 2016; the winners will be unveiled in June.

You can make up to five ranked choices in each of fifteen categories:  Best Science Fiction Novel, Best Fantasy Novel, Best Young Adult Book, Best First Novel, Best Collection, Best Anthology, Best Nonfiction Book, Best Art Book, Best Novella, Best Novelette, Best Short Story, Best Magazine or Fanzine, Best Book Publisher, Best Editor – Pro or Fan, and Best Artist – Pro or Fan.  You can vote in any or all of the categories, as you wish.

So what are you waiting for?  Join in the fun!  Go to the Locus website, and vote!
