Hunter S. Thompson
Hunter S. Thompson hailed from Louisville, Kentucky. Thompson’s extensive coverage of the Hell’s Angels motorcycle gang, his renowned Fear and Loathing literary works, his affiliation with Rolling Stone magazine, his defiance towards authority and strong antipathy towards Richard Nixon, as well as his indulgence in drugs and alcohol, garnered him admiration from many but also branded him an outcast by others.

Garth Nix
