LitStaff Pick: ‘I Wish My Favorite Author Would Write…’

by Tee Tate

The books closest to our hearts become a part of us. We love book lovethem for various reasons, and  when a story is great, we tend to gravitate toward its author. Their worlds speak to us. Their characters resonate with us. And while it’s true that even our favorite authors and their works are important to us, sometimes, we have a variety of reading preferences. It isn’t outside of the realm of possibility for us to image what a story far removed from the known genre would be like penned by our favorite authors.

Today we ponder what those stories would be like and openly voice what we wish our favorite authors would write.

Tell us all about your writing wishlist in the comments below. We want to hear from you, LitStackers!
